We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and had a modern, fresh feel to them. The spacious rooms with a kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals, which was especially helpful since we had our toddler with us. The in-room washing machine was a great addition and really helped us out during our travels. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and walking distance to local attractions. The staff were accommodating and made checking in a breeze.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The accommodation was nicely decorated and equipped with modern appliances. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, and the laundry facilities were useful. the location of the hotel allowed easy access to public transportation and attractions such as Kenrokuen. the apartment came with a functional kitchen that was perfect for families who want to cook their own meals.
There could be more attention to detail in terms of the kitchen utensils.

This hotel truly impressed me with its attention to detail. From the modern appliances and aesthetic wooden features in the clean and lovely room, to the thoughtful provision of pyjamas and a kitchen area, every aspect of my stay was well-planned and enjoyable. Additionally, the doors with room codes allowed for flexibility when friends came back at different times, adding to the convenience of the hotel.
All aspects of my stay were terrific, no improvements needed.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Walking distance to popular attractions and public transport. the view from the room on New Year's Eve was spectacular, we had an amazing view of the city fireworks.
The bed was much too hard for our liking and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were not enough kitchen utensils for us to cook a meal, which was disappointing for our New Year's Eve dinner.

Our New Year stay was fantastic! We loved the stylish room with modern appliances and wooden features plus the in-room washing machine which made our stay comfortable. The key location was great to explore the neighborhood and walkable to the market. One more advantage we enjoyed was the fully equipped kitchen with amenities to cook our own meals.
We found that the kitchen was not fully equipped and was missing some basic items, but we understand that it could be difficult to include everything.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Kanazawa. The rooms were clean and lovely, with modern appliances and beautiful wooden features. I was impressed with the attention to detail, especially the provided pyjamas and fantastic amenities like bath products and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk from the train station and Omicho Market. I loved having the convenience of a kitchen in my room, allowing me to cook my own meals. It truly felt like a home away from home.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect.
